Secret Ballot Staff vote Ferret as best thing to happen in 2012

Each year Matt Jensen Insurance hold a secret ballot where all staff rank the top things that happened during the year. Included in the list are business changes (good or bad) including new innovative products, acquisitions, process improvements and team building exercises.

Staff unanimously voted the implementation of Ferret Software as the best thing to happen in 2012. Andy Jensen mentions that this was not surprising as Ferret had given staff the ability to:

• Share information amongst each-other, immediately
• With one click of the mouse get all information and documents relating to a client or claim
• The latest “happenings” are at your fingertips, without having to ask each-other.
