ICIB efficiencies increase substantially with Ferret Software

Before switching to Ferret, we were stuck in the dark ages using another system for our claims management. Since moving to Ferret for our claims management, we have had no regrets.

Ferret were able to customize it to suit our specific needs. The reporting functionality is incredible and we have seen our efficiencies increase substantially simply by moving to Ferret.

The support we’ve received from Ferret since going live has been excellent. Any updates or changes we wanted to make were attended to immediately – we couldn’t have asked for more.

For anyone on the fence about changing to Ferret for their claims management, my recommendation is to do it!
